Important Changes to our Phones Lines
We are aware there have been issues with the phones and we have been doing our best to fix this.
We are introducing 2 new phone numbers for our Nurses and Test Results lines. We hope this will free up the lines for patients to get through quicker to who they need to speak with.
Nurses Appointments Line – 01698 759292 (Open 0930 – 1700 each day)
Test Results Line – 01698 759293 (Open 1400 – 1600 every day apart from Wednesday 1100 – 1200)
Please save these numbers to your phones for future use.
This should be in play for next week, when calling the surgery you will be advised if it has changed. I will also advise on here.
