Our Team

Our Pharmacy team support the GP's in managing your condition, by issuing appropriate prescriptions and in reviewing patients medications. They also offer face-to-face reviews for a number of conditions such as Diabetes, COPD and Asthma. You may be invited to speak with them or attend there clinics. They may also write to you or telephone about any changes to recommended medication changes. You should continue to take/collect/request your medications in the usual way as our GPCP is unable to dispense medication to you.

Advanced Nurse Practitioners

An Advanced Nurse Practitioner has the freedom and authority to act, making autonomous decisions in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patient’s. They are assessed as competent in practice using their expert clinical knowledge and skills and are educated at Masters Level in clinical practice. Our ANP team are supported by our GP partners in their decision making

Practice nurses

Our Practice Nurse Team carry our annual check ups for those with a Chronic Disease, such as Asthma, COPD and Diabetes. They also carry out smear and pill checks.
