Our Pharmacy team support the GP's in managing your condition, by issuing appropriate prescriptions and in reviewing patients medications. They also offer face-to-face reviews for a number of conditions such as Diabetes, COPD and Asthma. You may be invited to speak with them or attend there clinics. They may also write to you or telephone about any changes to recommended medication changes. You should continue to take/collect/request your medications in the usual way as our GPCP is unable to dispense medication to you.
