Please call for for test results (eg blood, urine, x-ray) between 2.00pm and 4.00pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) or 11.00am to 12.00pm on Wednesday’s.
Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor. Where the doctor has asked you to make an appointment or a telephone consultation, the receptionist providing your results will arrange this for you.
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
