From Monday 24th March, there will be a new option on askmyGP for patients to request their tests results. This option is available during askmyGP opening times, 0800 – 0930.
The results phone line will still be open between 1400 – 1600 Monday – Friday, apart from a Wednesday where it is open between 1100 – 1200.
Please note both options are for results of test already carried out only. This is not to be used to request a test or to speak with a clinician.
You may be asked to make a telephone consultation / appointment for the GP to discuss your results, this will be done by the staff at the time.
Our staff are not medically trained and can only advise on the information that the GP has provided.
We will trial the new option for the next few months, we will advise if any changes are made in due course
