Complaints and compliments

We take complaints very seriously. If you need to make a complaint about the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the management team by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. We will answer your concerns as soon as possible.

To pursue a complaint please contact a member of the management team who will deal with your concerns appropriately. The management team are:
