We are taking a little longer with your prescriptions right now due to an unforseen and unavoidable shortage of GPS. Please bear with us; we are doing our utmost to minimise any inconvenience to our patients.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM MONDAY 10th JUNE 2013 YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ORDER PRESCRIPTIONS BY TELEPHONE - PLEASE ENSURE YOU MAKE APPROPRIATE ARRANGEMENTS IN ADVANCE.
The practice offers patients a number of options for ordering repeat prescriptions:
- In person - drop your repeat order slip in at reception with the required items clearly marked.
- By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
- Online - follow the link at the top of this page to complete a simple registration.
Alternatively, you can arrange for a local pharmacy to re-order and or collect on your behalf, meaning that you can pick up your prescription from the pharmacy.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. Orders submitted after 3.30pm will not be processed until the following day, please allow two working days from then.
